TURA is a miltech company producing drones and optical equipment. As the team and order volume grew, existing tools couldn't keep up — critical data was fragmented, and no one had a full picture of operations.We started with a two-week diagnostics phase: mapped every workflow, identified bottlenecks, and defined which modules to build first.
The system was built module by module — orders and clients first, then production tracking, warehouse,
and finance. Each module was tested with the actual team before moving to the next.We trained the staff, migrated existing data, and launched in stages to avoid disruption. Within the first month, the team fully transitioned to the new system.
